How do you calculate the cost of office cleaning?
You can estimate the cost of office cleaning in three steps: area divided by 100 and multiplied by the number of visits per week gives weekly work hours; hours times the 47–100 PLN net hourly rate times 4.35 weeks gives the monthly subscription.
The hourly rate falls with scale: around 100 PLN net at 2 hours per week, 47 PLN net at 40 and more. Example: a 200 m² office cleaned 3 times a week is 6 work hours weekly, i.e. about 2,450 PLN net monthly (range 2,200–2,700 PLN, depending on scope). The result never drops below the minimum: 1200 PLN net for offices, 1000 PLN net for residential buildings. Our online calculator uses exactly the same formula.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. Reefa's minimum subscription is 1200 PLN net per month for offices, medical facilities, and schools, and 1000 PLN net per month for residential buildings, housing communities, and tenements. The logistics minimum is 30 m² and 4 cleaning hours per week.
The minimum reflects fixed costs: travel, a permanent team, a coordinator, and liability insurance up to 1,000,000 PLN cost the same regardless of area, so a subscription service stops adding up for very small spaces. One-off services — post-construction or post-renovation cleaning — are billed per m², and event cleanup per event, with no monthly minimum. If your office is smaller than 30 m², we'll suggest a less frequent service or bundling with other services in one subscription.
Discounts for long-term cooperation
- 24+ month contracts — a 5–10% discount in the first year and 10% from year two.
- Several properties on one contract — a 5–12% multi-location discount and a single monthly VAT invoice.
- Higher service frequency lowers the per-visit rate — logistics spread across more visits.

Common pricing questions
What determines the price of cleaning?
The price of cleaning depends on five factors: area, service frequency, scope of work, property type, and working hours. Reefa subscriptions start from 1200 PLN net monthly for offices and from 1000 PLN net for residential buildings.
Area has the biggest impact — the unit rate falls as the surface grows, because travel, the coordinator, and insurance spread over more square meters. Frequency works the same way: a daily service on one flat fee comes out cheaper than the sum of single visits. Medical and sports facilities require certified products (+15–25% on the base rate), and night or weekend work adds +10–20%. The price is set before start and doesn't change for the entire contract term.
Larger area — lower per-m² rate (scale effect). Offices 50–200 m²: upper end; 500+ m²: lower end.
Daily vs. 3× weekly vs. once a week. Higher frequency lowers the daily rate.
Standard (daily cleaning) vs. extended (windows, disinfection, hygiene supplies, façade washing).
Medical and sports facilities require certified products — +15–25% on the base rate.
Cleaning during client hours is cheapest. Night or weekend work — +10–20%.
