Where do we clean restaurants in Katowice?

Katowice's food scene clusters in a few distinct pockets: the Mariacka pedestrian strip (pubs and night venues trading until 2:00–3:00 on weekends), the revitalised Dworcowa street and market-square quarter (restaurants and breakfast cafés), the Culture Zone (event catering working around the MCK calendar), the food courts of Silesia City Center, Galeria Katowicka and Galeria Libero, and touristic Nikiszowiec with cafés in the historic workers' houses. Since 2024 Reefa has cleaned food-service venues across Katowice and the GZM cities under the HACCP regime — at night, after the kitchen closes.

Operationally Katowice differs from Krakow in two ways. Venues on Mariacka close later than a typical Krakow restaurant, so on weekends we shift the service window to 3:00–7:00. And central Katowice has no restricted-traffic zone, so supplies and equipment arrive by service van right to the door — no delivery time-windows like in Krakow's Old Town. Mall food courts are cleaned in 2–3 daily cycles, coordinated with the facility manager.
