How do we calculate the price?
The formula: area ÷ productivity from cleaning norms (office ≈ 190 m²/h, medical facility ≈ 145 m²/h, school ≈ 170 m²/h, staircase 158 m²/h) + a per-visit organisational overhead that depends on area (18 min at 100 m², 29 min at 1,000 m²) = hours per visit; × visits per week × 4.35 weeks = monthly hours; × the 52–72 PLN net hourly rate = the monthly subscription.
The hourly rate falls with scale: 72 PLN net at 2 hours per week, 52 PLN net at 40 and more. Productivities are medians of 2,338 cleaning norms from 168 sources in 13 countries — the same data behind our staffing calculator — blended by the typical zone mix of each property type. That is why a medical facility with treatment rooms (144 m²/h) costs more than an office of the same size, without any percentage surcharge. The result never drops below the minimum: 1200 PLN net monthly for offices, medical facilities, and schools, and 1000 PLN net for residential buildings, housing communities, and staircases.
