How do we calculate the price?
The formula is simple: area divided by 100 and multiplied by the number of visits per week gives weekly work hours; hours times the 47–100 PLN net hourly rate times 4.35 weeks gives the monthly subscription.
The hourly rate falls with scale: around 100 PLN net at 2 hours per week, 47 PLN net at 40 and more. The result never drops below the minimum: 1200 PLN net monthly for offices, medical facilities, and schools, and 1000 PLN net for residential buildings, housing communities, and staircases. Medical and school facilities carry a small surcharge for certified supplies and sanitary procedures — the calculator applies it automatically.
